Our History

Idoneo Spain was born to respond to the need of the foreign client when buying or investing in Spain to know certain answers: where do I buy, how much should I pay for this property, will I have a return on my investment, is it a safe area to live or spend some time with my family, how do I start, who do I ask, what documents do I need to request and verify.

Idoneo Spain was growing offering more services to respond to the demands of our foreign buyers and investors, which was possible thanks to our knowledge about Law and Taxation. We were born as a real estate hunter, and have maintained since then its clear orientation to the buyer -often forgotten by the market-. The team is formed from the beginning by professional lawyers, and real estate consultants by experience and passion.
