Idoneo Spain was born to respond to the need of the foreign client when buying or investing in Spain to know certain answers: where do I buy, how much should I pay for this property, will I recover my investment, is it an area safe to live or spend time with family, where do I start, who do I ask, what documents do I need to request and verify.

Idoneo Spain grew by offering more services to respond to the demands of our foreign buyer and investor clients, which was possible thanks to our knowledge of Laws and Taxes. We were born as a real estate personal shopper, and its clear buyer orientation - often forgotten - has been maintained ever since; and the team has been formed since its inception by lawyers by profession and real estate consultants by experience and passion.
